About The Position

This position provides research, technical assistance and analysis in support of the Division's financial planning and reporting. The anticipated starting salary may be up to the mid-point, depending on the candidate's experience and internal equity. The midpoint salary is $86,507.20 annually.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution in Accounting, Finance, Business or Public Administration or a related field.
  • Two years of professional-level experience analyzing financial data, to include conducting extensive research, applying statistical methods, identifying trends and anomalies, and preparing and presenting verbal and written summaries.
  • Experience utilizing various computerized financial systems/software applications.
  • Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.

  • Research, technical assistance and analysis in support of the Division's financial planning and reporting.
