Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, but preferably in Finance, Engineering or Science) with 1–4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in financial analysis or a related role.
  • Strong business acumen: Understanding of commercial terms and the ability to assess potential impact and risk across business units.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Experience working across departments to resolve urgent issues and drive solutions.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong skills in Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Korean & English: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Responsibilities

  • Manage department budget and forecasting: Enhance accuracy in month-end and year-end forecasting, with potential exploration of AI tools for improved insights.
  • Expense analysis and optimization: Monitor financial trends and expenditures, with an openness to leveraging AI for identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Financial reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports efficiently, considering the potential use of AI-based systems to streamline processes.
  • Investment planning: Manage and update the investment module for the MX Division, with an eye toward integrating AI-driven insights for better decision-making.
  • Predictive financial modeling: Develop predictive models, exploring AI tools to improve budget allocation and project evaluation.
  • Workflow optimization: Review and update workflows based on company policies, with potential integration of AI solutions for enhanced efficiency.
  • Risk assessment: Evaluate financial risks, with an openness to employing AI models for actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration with technical teams: Work closely with data scientists and AI specialists to explore the integration of AI technologies into financial workflows.
