About The Position

As a Finance Analyst at Cacique Foods, you will provide critical financial insights that support commercial and operational decision-making while helping drive profitable growth across the business. You will partner with teams across the organization, contribute to meaningful business initiatives, and help support the decisions that drive growth. This role is crucial in shaping the future of a growing company and contributing to its expansion and capability strengthening.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field required.
2–3 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, consulting, banking, or other analytical roles.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.

Nice To Haves

Recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in consumer products, food & beverage, retail, distribution, or related industries preferred.
Power BI, Tableau, SAP, D365, or similar tools preferred.
Understanding of customer profitability, trade spend, pricing strategies, and revenue growth management concepts preferred.
Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to analyze business performance and identify profitable growth opportunities.
Assist in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
Analyze trade spend investments, promotional effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) opportunities.
Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making and performance tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and analytical capabilities.
