About The Position

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting field
2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
Expert proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Sheets

Nice To Haves

CPA or MBA designation is an asset
Proficiency with SQL and/or business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), a plus
Proficiency with Accounting / FP&A tools (Netsuite, Planful), a plus
E-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plus

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring P&L performance across business segments in partnership with Finance leadership, including monthly variance analysis, management reporting, and clear communication of results to executive stakeholders
Support the monthly and quarterly financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning submissions
Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner to business leads, evaluating key decisions and aligning spend to the highest-priority strategic objectives
Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and reporting workflows, leveraging automation where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy
Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects that evaluate business opportunities and inform leadership decision-making
