About The Position

Support strategies that drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs, and overall business improvement. Partner with Commercial leadership to deliver financial and strategic results using Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) best practices. Support corporate FP&A processes, initiatives, and reporting within Operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 2 years of financial or business-related analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Ability to communicate information in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several discrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and with little direct supervision.

Nice To Haves

MBA degree.
CPA certification.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and tools.
Develop and deploy finance tools and processes across the organization.
Train business stakeholders on the AOP process.
Support monthly and quarterly business review processes.
Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analytics.
Develop and identify insights and opportunities.
Provide analytical support for strategic investment decisions.
Generate corporate and business-segment forecasts based on defined cadences.
Create executive management reporting dashboards and distill key insights.
Develop and deploy tools and processes across the organization as business needs are defined.
