About The Position

The Finance Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the finance team by helping manage daily finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic accounting knowledge.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer admin/staff accountant role, prior exposure to finance/accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Strong organization and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Accounting ERP systems such as Netsuite, Quickbooks, Bill.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Accounting Specialists and Accountants to maintain accurate and organized financial and billing records.
  • Process incoming mail and track finance-related correspondence.
  • Match received payments to corresponding invoices in NetSuite for accurate bank reconciliation.
  • Confirm NetSuite records match payments issued.
  • Add new caregivers as vendors in Netsuite and update profiles, stipends, and reimbursements accordingly.
  • Contact families via phone and via email to give updates and follow up on payment inquiries.
  • Prepare and issue large number of checks on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Provide general office support.
