Under the guidance of the Manager, the intern will work on a variety of tasks, projects, and assignments that will teach the basics of the department. The intern will develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the basic job skills requirements and overall demands of the operation. The intern will assist with daily tasks as assigned, provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, and handle special projects for management as requested. This role also requires consistently demonstrating superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors, maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude, creating positive energy with gestures and sustaining enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. The intern will create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate guest’s wins, be ready to serve and be informed of daily information, build relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting, anticipate needs and provide fast, flawless service, check for satisfaction and effectively resolve service breakdowns when they exist, promote Caesars Rewards programs and card membership, and provide a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting.
