About The Position
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to support our growing fintech organization. This hybrid role combines accounting responsibilities with financial planning, analysis, and operational finance support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 4–8+ years experience
- Fintech/SaaS preferred
- CPA preferred
- Strong Excel and ERP experience
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Ensure GAAP compliance
- Oversee AP/AR and cash management
- Support audits and tax filings
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- Build financial models
- Analyze revenue and product performance
- Provide KPI reporting and insights
- Cash flow forecasting
- Analyze transaction and payment data
- Support financial system integrations
- Improve processes and automation
