Summer 2027 Finance & Accounting Internship
About The Position
This internship offers practical, hands-on experience in finance and accounting, combining classroom learning with project-based work. Interns will gain exposure to key business and finance leaders, developing their business and financial acumen. The role involves analyzing financial data and contributing to strategic projects, with potential opportunities to explore AI applications within Finance and Accounting to improve processes, increase efficiency, enhance data analysis, and support decision-making. Interns are encouraged to bring a fresh perspective and think creatively about how emerging technology can shape the future of the CFO organization. Possible teams include Finance Transformation, Accounting, Tax, Product Control – Business Finance, Corporate Development, Sustainability, Forecasting, Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Accounts Payable/Procurement, Revenue Reporting, and SEC Reporting. At the conclusion of the internship, there may be consideration for full-time employment upon successful completion of a degree program.
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
- Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated by teamwork
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Knowledge of Excel and analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Effective time management skills
