About The Position

Generally responsible for providing assistance to the Finance and Accounting Team including administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expenses. Work will be performed under general supervision. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Scanning and filing paper and electronic documents. Data entry of budget information and other data processing as necessary. Organizing Certificates of Insurance and contracts. Scheduling meetings. Assisting with special projects. Requirements

  • Current enrollment in Bachelor or Master level coursework (Business, Accounting, Finance) from an accredited university is required.
  • GPA: 2.47 required
  • Knowledge and application of company standards.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and extreme multi-tasking.
  • Ability to analyze data, make judgments and develop reports.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality in all areas.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of teammates.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and other software as needed.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
  • The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
