Generally responsible for providing assistance to the Finance and Accounting Team including administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expenses. Work will be performed under general supervision. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Scanning and filing paper and electronic documents. Data entry of budget information and other data processing as necessary. Organizing Certificates of Insurance and contracts. Scheduling meetings. Assisting with special projects.
