INFICON is seeking a Finance/Accounting Intern to learn various areas of the Finance team to expand basic knowledge of accounting and business. Responsibilities may include, but may not be limited to, assisting with fixed asset physical inventory, reconciling SAP to Vendor and Customer Statements, monitoring the A/P inbox, moving invoices to SAP, and acquiring necessary approvals. The intern will also confirm vendor information, assist with vendor changes and set up forms, and help with bank payment information. Additionally, the role involves assisting with obtaining customer credit reference data, following up on past due invoices, completing daily customer invoicing, completing selected balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with records retention, and contributing to various projects as assigned.
