About The Position

As a Finance & Accounting Intern at NCR Voyix, you will gain hands-on exposure to the financial strategies that support a global technology organization. You will learn how financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis contribute to innovation, growth, and transformation. Starting in Week 1, you will own a meaningful project and participate in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen business acumen and leadership skills. You will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, attend speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's global executive leadership team, and learn about career paths in Finance. The internship culminates at the Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in financial analysis, business performance, and data-driven decision-making.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and learning agility, with the ability to adapt and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Must pass screening criteria applicable to the job.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Refine forecasting and budgeting skills to support business planning and investment decisions.
• Analyze financial results, KPIs, and business performance to strengthen financial acumen.
• Apply finance concepts to business challenges involving costs, profitability, and cash flow management.
• Build experience with financial reporting processes that support accurate and timely business insights.
• Analyze and visualize data, then communicate actionable recommendations through storytelling.
