We offer a two-path program: Early Development Program (EDP) An internship path focused on delivering a meaningful experience designed to enhance students’ skillsets. With access to hands-on experience, mentorship, development sessions/workshops, and more, this pathway cultivates future talent who are exploring their career interests. Most appropriate for freshmen and sophomores. Emerging Professional Program (EPP) An internship path focused on equipping graduating students with the tools/skills needed to transition into a potential career at TruStage. Interns receive comprehensive support and guidance to enhance their company knowledge, integrate into the company culture, and develop key connections. This pathway enables young professionals to be considered for potential opportunities at TruStage. Job Purpose: This role is designed to provide each candidate with hands-on experience so they can acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards of the TruStage Finance department. Candidates will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned in a classroom environment while gaining new skills in a dynamic professional setting. The Finance department is responsible for functions such as Business Finance, Tax, Accounting Operations, External Reporting, Treasury, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Market Risk. As an intern, you will be assigned to one or two of these specific departments.
