Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years’ experience working with SAP.
Strong proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated experience in a supplier-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to produce accurate accounting documentation, following company standards.
High level of computer literacy and comfort with accounting software.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading small teams.
Expertise in SAP Concur.
3+ years within the Aerospace & Defense industry, with focus on aviation support services.
Proven record of effectively interfacing with internal business partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

Consolidate supply chain invoices using Concur to ensure timely, accurate processing.
Provide administrative support to accounting and supply chain teams, maintaining workflow efficiency.
Respond to accounting/financial inquiries by applying established policies and procedures.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and vendor information.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Concur for daily tasks and documentation.
Prepare and present accurate accounting data as needed.
Execute additional duties as assigned to support financial operations.
