About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking reliable contractor teams for its Final Mile Service Provider Network to meet high customer demand. This opportunity offers flexibility, allowing you to accept jobs that match your team's skills, equipment, and qualifications. You can earn between $40,000 and $100,000+ annually, with weekly settlements. Current high demand exists for basketball hoop installations, fitness equipment assembly, and fitness equipment repair. Opportunities also extend to other final-mile categories such as furniture, home goods, and seasonal items.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Be physically capable and skilled to deliver and assemble products according to manufacturer's specifications.
Be tech-savvy to utilize mobile applications for order completion.
Provide and maintain the necessary tools and vehicle(s) for completing orders.
Possess an EIN.
Comply with vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set forth by AIT.
Pass background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Experience with fitness equipment assembly.
Experience with fitness equipment repair.

Responsibilities

Operate as a two-person contractor team (Driver + Helper) for most assignments.
Own or lease a suitable vehicle: pickup truck, van, sprinter, or small box truck (vehicle not required for assembly-only and repair work).
Ensure EIN and DOT compliance (MC# may be required for interstate work).
Maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT requirements.
Accept jobs that align with your team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements.
Perform Assembly Only services (one-person operation) by arriving at the customer's home and assembling the product on-site.
Perform Delivery and Assembly services (two-person team) by picking up products from local retailers, delivering them to the customer's home, and assembling them to manufacturer specifications.
Perform Repair services (one-person operation) by arriving at the customer's home and repairing products according to manufacturer instructions using provided parts.
Service a variety of products including Basketball Hoops (Portable & In-Ground), Fitness Equipment (Treadmills, Ellipticals, and Similar), Ready-to-Assemble Furniture and Home Goods, and Backyard Products (Playsets, Pergolas, Gazebos, Grills, Patio Sets, and Similar).
