About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is expanding its Final Mile Service Provider Network and is seeking reliable independent contractors and teams to support strong customer demand. Contractors can earn $40,000–$100,000+ annually, with weekly settlements. The work available includes delivery and assembly (requiring a 2-person team and a van, sprinter, or box truck), assembly only (2-person team, sedans/SUVs permitted), and repair (1-person, sedans/SUVs permitted). Contractors choose the work that fits their schedule, equipment, and capabilities.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
EIN required
Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
DOT/MC authority required for some work
Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
Background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Nice To Haves

Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as: Basketball hoops (portable & in-ground), Fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, etc.), Furniture, home goods, and backyard products (playsets, pergolas, grills, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
