About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking reliable contractor teams for its Final Mile Service Provider Network to meet high customer demand. This opportunity involves the delivery, assembly, and repair of various products, including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products. Contractors have the flexibility to choose the jobs they accept based on their team's skills and equipment. Weekly settlements are provided, with potential annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $100,000+ depending on location and work accepted.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Physically able and skilled to deliver and assemble products according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use mobile applications to complete orders.
• Provide and maintain tools and vehicle(s) used to complete orders.
• Must have an EIN.
• Comply with vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set forth by AIT.
• Pass background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a two-person contractor team (Driver + Helper) for most assignments.
• Own or lease a van, sprinter, or small box truck (not required for assembly-only and repair work).
• Maintain EIN and DOT compliance (MC# may be required for interstate work).
• Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT requirements.
• Accept jobs that match the team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements.
• Perform Assembly Only tasks (one-person work) at the customer's home.
• Perform Delivery and Assembly tasks (two-person team), including pickup from retailers and on-site assembly.
• Perform Repair tasks (one-person work) at the customer's home using manufacturer-provided parts.
• Service products including Basketball Hoops (Portable & In-Ground), Fitness Equipment (Treadmills, Ellipticals, etc.), Ready-to-Assemble Furniture and Home Goods, and Backyard Products (Playsets, Pergolas, Gazebos, Grills, Patio Sets, etc.).
