Ability to review job changes and orders
Ability to retrieve missing parts
Ability to inspect cabinet components for assembly readiness
Ability to meet specifications and quality standards
Ability to review manufacturing schedules and update with modifications
Ability to notify appropriate personnel of job changes
Ability to retrieve and prioritize jobs to meet daily work schedule demands
Ability to inspect cabinet parts against specifications, quality standards, job orders, special requests, or detailed drawings
Ability to repair flaws by sanding and finishing
Ability to generate paperwork for reordering or reworking product
Ability to expedite product needing repair, remaking, or reordering
Ability to retrieve missing parts or components
Ability to move jobs to assembly departments
Ability to maintain all final color changes
Ability to maintain clean, safe, and orderly working areas

Responsibilities

Reviewing job changes and orders
Retrieving missing parts
Inspecting all cabinet components to ensure they are assembly ready
Meeting specifications as well as quality standards for all finishing and departments that feed finishing
Reviews the manufacturing schedule and updates weekly with modifications for job changes as well as notifies the appropriate person.
Retrieves jobs and prioritizes work to ensure product is in appropriate locations to meet the demands of the daily work schedule.
Reviews job orders.
Inspects every cabinet part ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards on easel per job order, special request or detailed drawing.
Repairs flaws by sanding and finishing.
Generates paperwork necessary to reorder or rework product and expedites product that needs to be repaired, remade or reordered.
Retrieves any missing parts or components.
Moves jobs on to assembly departments
Maintains all final color changes.
Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe and order fashion.
