About The Position

Seaman Corporation, a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics with over 75 years of experience in Northeast Ohio, is seeking a Final Inspector for A Shift. The company fosters a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, emphasizing a team-based approach. The manufacturing facility operates on a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift schedule, and the Final Inspector role is part of this rotation. The A Shift operates from 7 am to 7 pm.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
• Ability to work with hands and reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to work within the 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule.
• Pass Work-Keys Assessments.
• Pass Drug Screening.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Some computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on products.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Work within a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift schedule.
