About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and precision of aerospace parts before they reach our customers. The position is located in North Phoenix and offers both day and night shift options, with a 20% differential pay for the night shift. Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, team-oriented, and possess strong GD&T knowledge, with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings. This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced, high-demand, quality-focused environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Aerospace Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector experience
• Experience with dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages etc.
• Must be very knowledgeable of GD&T
• Experience in fast Paced Environment
• Self-starter and team oriented
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week

Nice To Haves

• CMM experience desired, but not required

Responsibilities

• Measure precision aerospace parts using manual gages.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometric symbols (GD&T).
• Check parts during production to catch defects early (In-Process Audits).
• Conduct ultimate quality checks prior to customer shipment (Final Inspection).
• Record inspection results, fill out logs, and sign off certifications.
• Isolate, tag, and document defective parts (Non-Conformance Routing - NCRs).
• Verify tool calibration and clean measurement instruments daily.
