About The Position

The Final Inspection Technician will confidently perform inspection operations while working from drawings, customer specifications and process operating documents. This is a split shift position with a schedule of 10:00 am - 6:30 pm.

Ability to perform assigned tasks independently with limited supervision
Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
Must be a detailed oriented individual
Ability to use simple measurement tools such as calipers or gauges
Ability to work both independently or as part of a team
Demonstrates ability to demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Ability to accurately perform basic computer tasks
Requires understanding of related inter-department processes
Must work with a limited number of outside departments
High School Diploma or Equivalent
0-2 Years Relevant Experience
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

Determine product acceptability with drawings and/or procedures that are provided
Endures document packages meet requirements
Document non-conformance and maintain quality records
Perform inspections using various mechanical and electrical measuring devices
Offer suggestions to improve/enhance the production process
Create NCMR (non-conforming material review) and notify responsible parties
Works to develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, and integrity
Comprehends customer requirements and takes prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations
Perform all other related duties as assigned
Collect data and update measurements
Able to read and comprehend component and assembly drawings
Program automated measurement system
Support final inspection team to ensure orders are shipped on time
