About The Position

HyPro is seeking a highly motivated Final Inspection Quality Technician for the 3rd shift, scheduled from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The technician performs final inspections of component parts and assemblies to verify compliance with specifications, work instructions, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role includes maintaining accurate quality records, checking manufacturing documentation, coordinating with Quality Staff, the Production Manager, and Engineering to resolve issues, and ensuring tools and equipment meet standards and calibration requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent math skills.
• Experience with quality records and documentation.
• Experience inspecting and gauging parts.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• CMM operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on component parts and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform mechanical and dimensional inspections on components and assemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect manufacturing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with Quality Staff, the Production Manager, and Engineering to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
• Ensure tools and equipment meet standards and calibration requirements.
