Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Use of cleaning solvents, lacquer thinner
• Electric Screw Gun
• Air Wrench
• Brad Guns
• General Hand Tools
• Vacuum Cleaners
• Personal Protective Equipment
• Drug Screen
• Hearing Test
• Good reasoning skills
• Be able to read blue prints and tape measure
• Strong attention to detail
• No sitting except breaks and lunch
• Must be able to lift and carry 80 pounds (furniture) independently
• Must be able to lift and carry 80+ in a team lift
• Must be able to work on knees and climb in and out of houses constantly
• Moderate amount of bending and stretching

Nice To Haves

• Install appliances, along with carpet installation

Responsibilities

• Unwrapping and prepping appliances for install
• Help load appliances and setup materials
• Install including plumbing hook ups
• Install tack strips, padding, and carpet
• Pulling and kitting materials to be shipped in the homes
• Sign traveler when job has been completed
• Maintain acceptable level of quality
• Clean area daily
• Perform other duties as assigned
