About The Position

Responsible for performing all product cleaning processes, and performing the packaging, labeling, and boxing (if applicable) of clean products according to established protocols and procedures. Documents all work and ensures proper traceability and line clearance throughout the processes. Ensures all work is compliant with the RWMIC QMS and all applicable FDA & ISO 13485:2016 standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of applicable experience in material handling and/or quality control.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading blue prints.
  • Intermediate math skills.
  • Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with all MS Office suite products.
  • Experience with and understanding of multi-cultural and multi-generational differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Stock handling experience and SAP knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of product preparation activities including product staging, equipment set-up, labeling, documentation, product cleaning and packaging.
  • Responsible for the printing and applying of UDI labels to finished stock products.
  • Monitors, operates, and maintains label printing equipment.
  • Monitors and operates cleaning equipment to ensure products are properly cleaned per processes and procedures.
  • Inspects equipment, materials, and products before and after product cleaning to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducts regular quality checks on cleaning equipment to verify effectiveness.
  • Records appropriate transactions in SAP.
  • Maintains documentation and records related to product cleaning processes, including batch records, logbooks, and inventory records.
  • Assists in other manufacturing activities as needed.
  • Promotes and models RWMIC Core Values in all interactions and responsibilities.
  • Maintains cleaning equipment and follows manufacturer maintenance guidelines and intervals.
  • Ensures strict adherence to and compliance with SOP's and protocols.
  • Aware of and complies with the RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations & requirements as they apply to this job type/position.
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Manager.
