About The Position

Works with other team members to produce trailers by assembling parts and subassemblies, and/or completes rigging, assembly and packaging processes according to established operating procedures and/or customer specifications. This position is responsible for maintaining the facilities inside and outside. The position will ensure that all trailers are built properly.

Requirements

• Ability to read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to inspect and test parts and products
• Ability to maintain facilities by organizing and cleaning

Responsibilities

• Read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards
• Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete mechanical assembly of components or products, and prepare products and other items for shipment
• Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, during or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain the facility by organizing and cleaning final assembly department and any other areas that need attention
• Cross Train to all aspects of Finish Department and other departments as needed
