We are looking for motivated, energetic people to join our dynamic Team! At our Denver, North Carolina facility, we are seeking a Final Assembler in our Combi department for 1st shift, 6am – 2:30pm. Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Must pay attention to details.
  • Requires dexterity and fine motor skills in catching material flaws.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (add, subtract, and divide).
  • Must be able to independently seek assistance from supervision and/or other departments to perform given tasks.
  • Must be able to stand 8-10 hour days.
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds infrequently.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of machine operating experience (for Level B).
  • At least 4 years of final assembly experience (for Level A).
  • Complete understanding of all final assembly departments (for Level A).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this field.
  • May lead or direct the work of others (for Level A).

Responsibilities

  • Understand the HYDAC Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and how they are related to this position.
  • Read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and drawings.
  • Build to the drawings as assigned.
  • Proficiently use basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Package and build pallets.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner and meet all quality standards.
  • Pass HYDAC Criteria within 90 days.
  • Assemble all coolers and package per BOM.
  • Use SAP transactions and be able to produce labels for product.
  • Train others and demonstrate good leadership skills.
  • Give Red Line approvals, edit drawings to reflect proper build.
  • Schedule resource planning.
