About The Position

This is a Filter Tech position in the Scranton region, where the right person will potentially travel and stay overnight every week (Monday night through Thursday night) within the region. As a Filter Tech, you will train for three weeks to replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. This job isn’t for everyone. You may live out of suitcase more than you ever have and you may rack up more miles than a tour bus.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age (to operate the company vehicle)
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review)
Live within 40 miles of the designated region
Comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders
Weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements
Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Willing and able to potentially work 50 plus hours per week
Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
