Requirements

  • Been with BFC for minimum 1 year or relevant external experience.
  • Proven record of safety, performance attainment and positive leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to support day to day operations by taking phone calls from techs.
  • Lead morning huddles (when RSM unavailable and other periodic times).
  • Monitor dashboard and queries to track daily team progress.
  • Facilitate communications across departments for customer request.
  • Cover for RSM when necessary.
  • Travel where necessary to support the attainment needs of the team due to technician turnover, injuries, business growth, weather impacts and any other circumstances.
  • Train and cross train new and existing technicians.
  • Lead efforts in team knowledge of systems, processes and quality service delivery.
  • Engage and motivate group of technicians to foster teamwork and establish positive team culture.
  • Support culture of safety within team by ensuring adherence to all safety policies.
  • Product knowledge expert in safety, scope of work, and other daily tech expectations.
  • Ability to cover a route (to include overnight and weekend routes) as necessary.
  • Perform set amount of Quality and Live Safety audits per week.
  • Support onboarding of technicians, to include in-person training of new hires running routes.
  • Willing and able to travel when necessary. This may include extensive periods of route coverage while open routes are recruited and onboarded.
  • Ability to learn and train on site-specific and new scopes of work.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize: Willing and able to use critical thinking to problemsolve daily issues. Collaborate with RSM (Regional Service Manager) to create a plan to reach attainment, revenue, and safety goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Propose and implement best practices that maximize profitability and compliance. Identify and propose methods to continue improving current process and procedures, to ROM (Regional Operations Manager) and RSM.
