About The Position

The Filling of insulin & media preparations under aseptic conditions & operation of inspection equipment to achieve production goals. Relationships Reports to Shift Manager. Essential Functions Operate, monitor & control equipment, systems & processes associated with Vial/Cartridge filling Achieve production goals Maintain aseptic areas & perform sanitizations & environmental monitoring Participate actively in & support event response Review documents as required Assist during equipment maintenance, including restoration of lost function, predictive & preventative maintenance Record/review production data in BPR’s & associated forms Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties Other accountabilities, as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of six (6) months manufacturing experience required (Requirement may be waived with military experience, a BioWorks/BioBlend certification or equivalent from an accredited college, or a current Novo Nordisk contractor that has 3 months of demonstrated performance in the relevant area)
  • Ability to read, write & understand complicated product documentation & standard operating procedures with attention to detail required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an FDA regulated environment preferred
  • Aseptic processing experience preferred
  • Computer literacy preferred
