About The Position

Innovative Skincare, home of the renowned iS CLINICAL cosmeceutical brand, is seeking a Filling Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the filling lines. This role ensures products are filled, capped, and labeled accurately, efficiently, and safely. The Filling Supervisor manages the filling team, ensures compliance with SOPs and GMP standards, and collaborates with other departments to maintain production schedules. The position is based on-site at our new Mesa, AZ facility.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
4+ years of experience in liquid manufacturing, filling, or packaging.
Leadership experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and move up to 500 lbs with equipment.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise filling line operators and support staff.
Plan and coordinate daily filling activities to meet production goals.
Ensure all employees follow SOPs, GMP, and safety rules.
Train and coach team members on proper filling and packaging procedures.
Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
Verify that equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and maintained properly.
Review and complete filling records, logbooks, and production documentation.
Work closely with Compounding, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure materials and products are ready for filling.
Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) handling of bulk and packaging materials.
Support continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and product quality.
