Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record necessary information applicable to job.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of production experience as a helper.
Basic knowledge of mixer procedures.

Responsibilities

Preparing glaze/icing/filling mixture.
Pumping mixture into large mixing bowl to be boiled and blended.
Overseeing glaze/icing/filler operations.
Assisting in overseeing the Honey Bun Fryer to ensure quality product.
Recording the number of batches and weights into the SAP computer program.
Operating within the parameters of the facility’s Security Program with regards to site and product security.
Ensuring that all internal food safety and quality policies and procedures are followed.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Global Food Safety Standards, HACCP, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
Performing other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
