Filling Line Supervisor
About The Position
MOC Products is looking for a hands-on Filling Line Supervisor to support daily production on up to four automated filling lines. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role helps lead production personnel, coordinate line setup, monitor daily output, maintain system records, and work closely with Production Scheduling, Warehouse, Quality Control, Maintenance, Blending, material handlers, line leads, and operators to ensure production targets are met safely, accurately, and on time. Work with team on status of KPI's and progress of goals and output. The ideal candidate is a strong floor leader who sets the tone for safety, accountability, teamwork, and productivity while helping resolve production issues and keeping communication clear across departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read Standard English documents such as SOPs, maintenance schedules, and operating manuals.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
- Ability to calculate proportions, percentages, weights, volumes, and related production figures.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willingness to learn Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics.
Nice To Haves
- 3 to 5 years of related manufacturing, production, filling line, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Prior lead, supervisor, or team coordination experience preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Understanding of chemical production processes preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead by example through strong conduct, discipline, work ethic, and professional communication.
- Support safety as the top priority and help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment.
- Coordinate with line leads and operators to support production line setup and daily staffing needs.
- Monitor filling line performance, identify production issues, and work with Maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality Control, Aqueous, material handlers, and other support teams to ensure supplies and materials are ready for production.
- Maintain quality standards in line with company procedures, work instructions, and production requirements.
- Perform clerical duties, maintain required records, and update production information in Dynamics.
- Communicate production status, issues, and follow-up needs clearly to the Production Manager and supporting departments.
