About The Position
This role is responsible for the safe conduct and operation of Mold Release Filling Equipment. The position requires the ability to use a computer for printing labels, proper setup and organization of the work area, and checking lid fit, box compatibility, and skid packaging. The Filler must accurately follow written instructions on job tickets, perform quality checks, and assist other team members and temporary personnel. Adherence to housekeeping standards and company policies is essential. The role also involves operating a forklift and performing other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable and timely attendance required.
- Ability to work required overtime as needed.
- Able to stand to perform duties a majority of the work day aside from designated breaks and lunch.
- Able to work for long periods of time in an environment with exposure to heat, cold, or controlled chemicals.
Nice To Haves
- One year related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency within Windows based environment.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) is a plus.
