Requirements

Experienced in a regulated food manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and DAX 365.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and quality data systems.

Responsibilities

Operate filling equipment to dispense product into spouted pouches, apply caps, and support pasteurization.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and compliance.
Troubleshoot issues, stopping or resetting machines when needed and partnering with Maintenance and Supervisors.
Record production data including temperatures, test results, and cycle times.
Replenish packaging materials such as pouches and lids.
Verify pouch and cap accuracy against filling sheets.
Ensure coder accuracy and legibility.
Perform regular quality checks and complete documentation.
Conduct basic machine cleaning.
Assist in training new team members.
Support deviation investigations, equipment inspections, sample pulls, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
