Requirements

• Proficient in use of the computer.
• Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving, and communications skills.
• Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate de-wheying, form filling equipment and acidification tunnels.
• Complete appropriate data entry and basic PLC machine set up.
• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.
• Operate CIP and COP processes.
• All functions of the filler, drain belt, and tracks and turners.
• Nomitor and add salt as needed.
• Operate pH meter and sampling.
• Clean up of filler and all tracking, pumps, lines, turners.
• Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals.
