This is a 6pm-6:30am position on a 2-2-3 rotation. The Filler Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production filler equipment to ensure food safety, product quality, and conformity to customer standards and specifications. This role involves safely and efficiently setting up, operating, and cleaning filler machines/equipment, and being proficient in Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) and Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures. The operator will also perform basic maintenance tasks, participate in line operations, and ensure accurate documentation of production and quality checks. The position requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and the ability to work with various ingredients including dairy and nut products.
