About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Fill Technician to join our team at B Street. This role involves performing minor body repairs, part repair/replacement, filling and priming, reassembly, suspension repairs, and light automotive mechanical repairs. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to OEM repair procedures. Welding knowledge and frame rack experience are essential. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must provide own Hand and Power Tools
• Teamwork and Communication skills
• Self-accountable and Integrity

• Welding knowledge and skills (steel, aluminum and spot)
• Frame Rack experience
• Repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS)
