As a Fill Technician I, Sterile Production Operations (Night Shift), you will play a vital role within our manufacturing function, supporting the design, production, and delivery of innovative eye care products in a controlled, clean (sterile) environment. In this role, you will help ensure the highest quality standards are maintained within a regulated setting while supporting critical production operations that directly impact patient outcomes. This position is onsite at our Fort Worth, Texas site.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 1 Years of Relevant Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in cleanroom/aseptic and production floor environments.
  • Background in GMP/GxP-regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical device, or sterile manufacturing).
  • Ability to learn and operate across multiple production lines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on procedure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with adaptability and mechanical aptitude for manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sterile production operations in a GxP/GMP-regulated aseptic environment, ensuring compliance with FDA, SOPs, and contamination control standards.
  • Operate and maintain sterile manufacturing equipment (autoclaves, filtration systems, aseptic fill lines).
  • Support end-to-end sterile processing from compounding, cleaning, transfer, and final fill of pharmaceutical products.
  • Work across multiple fill-lines and production areas, maintaining flexibility, accuracy, and strict adherence to procedures.
  • Handle materials and documentation in a cleanroom environment, ensuring product quality, resolving deviations, and meeting all regulatory and quality requirements.
