Requirements

Capacity to lift and move cylinders weighing up to 75 pounds with assistance or equipment.
Frequent standing, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments.
Ability to safely handle compressed gas cylinders and heavy equipment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Ability to read and follow written procedures and regulations meticulously.

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, medical gas, or industrial settings is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Safe filling, inspection, and maintenance of medical oxygen cylinders and related equipment.
Filling cylinders according to established procedures and safety regulations while ensuring compliance with FDA, DOT, and OSHA standards.
Conducting thorough inspections for damage, leaks, and proper labeling.
Operating essential plant equipment.
Maintaining accurate records for quality checks and inventory.
Monitoring oxygen purity levels and performing routine quality assurance testing.
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Supporting timely delivery of oxygen products to patients and healthcare facilities.
