Fill Banker - Full Time
About The Position
The Fill Banker is responsible for performing various transactions within the Fill Bank, including table fills, table credits, chip transfers, bank to bank transfers, balancing chips, and maintaining inventory of both value and non-value chips. This role also involves the buying and selling of the bank, rotation of chips, and other duties associated with Fill Bank operations. The Fill Banker will maintain a spare float for the next shift and is responsible for both computerized and manual fills and credits, utilizing a bird cage for all chip transfers. Accurate record keeping, knowledge of company and departmental policies, and annual training in Title 31 protocol are essential. The role also promotes teamwork and cooperation with supervisors, co-workers, and internal guests. This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform Fill Bank transactions including table fills, table credits, chip transfers, bank to bank transfers, balancing chips, and maintaining inventory for both value and non-value chips.
- Buy and sell chips, and manage the rotation of chips.
- Perform other duties associated with the operation of a Fill Bank.
- Maintain a spare float for the next shift after balancing.
- Handle both computerized and manual fills and credits.
- Utilize a bird cage in all chip transfers in or out of the bank.
- Ensure accurate record keeping for all duties and responsibilities.
- Be knowledgeable of all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Be familiar with and trained annually in Title 31 protocol.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation with Supervisors, co-workers and internal guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
