About The Position

The Fifth Avenue Club Assistant is a client-focused role that requires initiative in problem-solving and strong organizational skills with attention to detail. This position acts as a liaison between clients and consultants, ensuring client needs are met even when the consultant is unavailable.

Requirements

  • Retail Experience Required
  • Available to work a flexible schedule that can include nights and weekends
  • Always portrays a professional and polished demeanor demonstrating confidence and a positive attitude
  • Has the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people

Responsibilities

  • Continue client relationships and address all client needs when consultant is not available.
  • Act as a liaison between client and consultant.
  • Utilize good time management and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Be computer literate and systems savvy.
  • Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
