About The Position

We're hiring a FIFO (Fly In / Fly Out) Electrician from Perth and nearby suburbs on an 8:6 roster for Fulltime Employment. In this role, you’ll carry out maintenance and preventative works across the village and mine site facilities, contributing to the smooth running of our operations. Working 12-hour days in demanding, remote environments means solid fitness and resilience are essential. If you’re driven, self-motivated, and ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Current Electrical Trade Qualification (West Australian Trade Recognised)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in acquired trade - Essential
  • Sound written and verbal English skills - Essential
  • Able to work unsupervised to a schedule - Essential
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence - Essential
  • Must be able to pass PEM and DAS - Essential
  • Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one) - Essential
  • Ability to work an 8&6 FIFO roster from Perth Airport

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Mining or FM experience - Highly Regarded
  • LVR/CPR Certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, installations and upgrades across residential and commercial facilities.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards.
  • Conduct testing and compliance inspections of electrical equipment, emergency lighting and safety systems.
  • Install and maintain lighting, power, switchboards, appliances and associated electrical infrastructure.
  • Participate in preventative maintenance programs and emergency call-out rosters.
  • Support apprentices and work collaboratively within the maintenance team.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Champion safe work practices and environmental compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
