About The Position
FIFO Carpenter Delta FM has the expertise, experience and support to provide exceptional facilities management services to a diverse range of industries, in almost any geographic location at any stage of a project. Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters looking to join the team on a FIFO 8&6 Roster. We are looking for a Days Only Full Time Permanent Camp Maintenance Carpenter. You’ll be joining a crew of approximately 14 Delta staff, working to maintain a camp with around 950 rooms. Thes site is based our near Laverton, WA. Flights are from Perth Airport, with immediate starts available. DIDO options available for locals. $108,847 Gross + $1,500 Annual Retention + $11,008 Super THE POSITION Ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environments including Village, Housing & Mine Sites Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes Reactive maintenance and assisting other trades Prioritise and attend to urgent requests Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice THE PERSON Carpentry Trade Certificate III & White Card Full C Class Drivers Licence National Police Clearance within 12 months Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug + Alc screening Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations THE BENEFITS PPE, Meals, Flights & Resort Style Accommodation all included Fortnightly Pay with above Award Wages 25 Days of Annual Leave, Sick Leave. Requirements
- Carpentry Trade Certificate III & White Card
- Full C Class Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance within 12 months
- Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug + Alc screening
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
