About The Position

The FIFA Fan Festival™ Beverage Bartender is a part-time, seasonal role responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests. This position involves utilizing a point-of-sale system, serving beverages, checking identification, and ensuring adherence to all liquor rules and regulations. The role requires providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean workstation, and upholding the PNE Uniform and Appearance policy. The event runs from June 11th to July 19th, with training in the first two weeks of August.

Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older by June 19, 2026.
The ability to engage and interact with guests is required.
The ability to make sound judgements and decision-making is required.
Strong communication skills are required.
The ability to work independently under minimum supervision is required.
The ability to provide courteous and professional guest service is required.
A valid Serving it Right certificate is required.
Sufficient strength, stamina, and coordination to permit the performance of assigned tasks, which includes walking and standing for the duration of shifts is required.
Availability to work weekday day-time shifts is required.
Must be available for at least 3-4 days per week, with availability to work day-time weekday shifts.

Nice To Haves

Previous guest/customer service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Utilize a point-of-sale system to complete customer drink transactions.
Provide guest service and information to address guest questions regarding available beverage products.
Check guest IDs and wrist bands to ensure beverages are provided only to guests of legal drinking age.
Pour and serve alcoholic beverages to guests.
Strictly adhere to all liquor rules and regulations.
Maintain a clean and presentable work station.
Provide exceptional and friendly guest service.
Ensure the PNE Uniform and Appearance policy is adhered to at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
