About The Position

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking independent, motivated, career-minded individuals to join its Mortgage Protection team. Agents help families protect their ability to earn income by researching and presenting mortgage protection options, meeting with clients, and assisting them with selecting and applying for coverage. The role includes mentorship, training, and support to help agents develop personal production. Agents who build production and consistency may progress into mentoring, team development, leadership, and agency building.

This work-from-home role offers flexible commitment. Part-time work is described as 8–25 hours per week, with the posting stating potential monthly earnings of $2,000–$5,000. Full-time work is described as 25–50 hours per week, with potential monthly earnings of $10,000–$20,000.
