About The Position

We are looking for a Field Training Specialist to bring our training programs to life across 50-100 store locations. This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with Operations and Learning & Development to drive results, support future leaders, and strengthen our culture. You will deliver engaging training using hands-on, in-person, team meetings, and virtual formats, train teams on systems, tools, and job skills that improve store performance, and support stores before, during, and after training implementations. You will also develop and update training materials like guides, SOPs, and handbooks, track training effectiveness, attendance, and learner progress, and support Management-in-Training (MIT) programs and leadership development. Additionally, you will coach and provide feedback to learners and their managers, partner with HR, L&D, Operations, and senior leaders on workforce initiatives and escalations, travel frequently (50-75%) to support regional training needs, and pivot quickly as priorities evolve. You will also audit, coach, and collaborate with HR, L&D, Operations, and senior leaders on company standards and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or employee training
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience training in a retail or multi-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Communications, Business, or related field
