Our Field Training Specialists play a critical role in shaping technician confidence, consistency, and leadership development throughout the organization. This is a working trainer position. Field Training Specialists actively clean homes alongside trainees while providing coaching, instruction, quality feedback, and performance development. Freshen Your Nest is seeking a Field Training Specialist to train, coach, and develop our cleaning technicians in the field. This position focuses on onboarding new team members, quality inspections, performance coaching, and helping technicians achieve company standards while delivering an exceptional client experience. The Field Training Specialist is responsible for training, mentoring, and developing new and existing technicians while reinforcing Freshen Your Nest quality, timing, and professionalism standards. This role requires emotional steadiness, leadership through encouragement, and the ability to teach systems clearly and consistently in both field and classroom-style environments. Field Training Specialists are trusted to model company standards while helping technicians build confidence, accountability, independence, and pride in their work.

Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new technicians using FYN methods and procedures
- Reinforce quality standards, timing systems, and Fresh Touch details
- Provide real-time field coaching and performance feedback
- Support technicians through encouragement, accountability, and consistency
- Conduct trainee evaluations and progress check-ins
- Partner with leadership to improve SOPs, training systems, and checklists
- Reinforce safety procedures, professionalism, and product knowledge
- Model positive communication with clients and team members
- Support team morale and leadership culture in the field
- Maintain reliable attendance and schedule consistency
