Field Training Specialist The Auto Club is seeking qualified employees who can mentor, train, and develop our California FSU Sales Agent and Insurance Service Specialist Trainees. Qualified candidates will bring their passion for helping others to our best-in-class organization and support our Field Sales Training department out of Arcadia, CA. What You'll Do · The Field Training Specialist plays a key role in shaping the career of high-performing sales agents and insurance specialists across our 84 California branch offices. You'll help new teammates build confidence in coverage, sales systems, paperwork handling, and member-service excellence. · Coach Boot Camp agents during live calls to build strong sales skills: trust-building, needs assessment, solution presentation, closing, and objection handling · Set up new hire systems and phones, providing support and ensuring all trainees have the necessary tools needed to achieve their training sales goals · Support daily operations and serve as a supervisory resource when the Training Supervisor is unavailable or with fellow groups · Handle and resolve member escalation calls, supporting retention and modeling effective service recovery · Curriculum design and input in collaboration with Training Manager & Supervisor What You Bring · Strong knowledge of auto and property insurance products and underwriting principles · Proficiency with PLM, Policy Contract, MRM, Jewel, AIP, HUON, Salesforce, Genesys, and OneXperience · Must be a Salesforce champion and early adopter · Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting business priorities · 2+ years of successful ACSC property insurance sales agent experience, ideally within CA FSU/DSU · Consistently successful Accuracy and MSI scores are a requirement · Active Personal Lines or Broker insurance license · Occasional travel between Long Beach, Escondido, Costa Mesa, Arcadia, and Valencia; overnights on occasion Qualified Candidates · 2+ years of FSU/DSU Sales Agent experience · Expert-level proficiency in all ACSC sales/service systems, including Salesforce · Confident public speaker with a passion for coaching and mentoring · Sales mastery: cross-selling, de-escalation, objection management · Paperwork/application-handling strengths; compliance/audit proficiency · Comfortable training across diverse backgrounds, styles, and experience levels · Capacity to develop engaging and interactive training materials · Willingness for occasional travel to branches or other Training Hubs · Web design, including Adobe/Canva multimedia experience, a plus The starting pay range for this position is $26.38 - $29.02 per hour.
