The Field Training Manager plays a key role in equipping both corporate and franchise restaurant teams with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards. This role drives the execution of brand training initiatives, identifies and closes training gaps, and partners with field leadership and franchisees to enhance performance at the restaurant level. The Field Training Manager also works closely with the New Restaurant Opening (NRO) team and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment across onboarding, training content, and operational expectations.
