About The Position

We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Miami, FL area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. This role involves supporting customers in their region, with the company providing a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support. The technician will be the face of the organization, interacting with staff at hospitality customers and understanding the protocols and empathy needed in healthcare customer environments.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and safe driving habits.
Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in High-Speed Internet, Satellite TV, Digital TV, Telecom, CATV, MATV, Head-end, or RF.
OR High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years’ work experience in High-Speed Internet, Satellite TV, Digital TV, Telecom, CATV, MATV, Head-end, or RF.
Ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changes.
Occasional travel outside of assigned area.
On-call availability.
Occasional overtime and weekend work.
